Amy Justh

Hi, I’m Amy! I am a licensed professional counselor working with adolescents, adults, and couples. I have worked in outpatient, partial hospitalization, and faith-based settings.

My goal in therapy is to provide an atmosphere of safety and trust where individuals feel free to express themselves without judgment. I see clients with a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, life transitions, trauma, and grief and loss. In addition, I have training and experience in working with clients with terminal illness, as well as pre-bereavement and bereavement counseling. I use a person-centered approach to therapy focusing on client strengths and including techniques based in cognitive behavioral therapy, EMDR, and meditation and mindfulness.

I am also an ordained pastor in the United Church of Christ and include spirituality and religious concerns as requested. In my free time I enjoy spending time with family and my rescue dogs, traveling, painting, and reading.
