Hello, I'm Sarah Dunevant. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. I enjoy working with children, teens, and adults. I obtained my master's degree from the Institute for Clinical Social Work (ICSW), a psychodynamically-oriented program in Chicago. I continue to be psychodynamically and psychoanalytically-oriented in my treatment approach which means that we will pay special attention to your past experiences and unconscious factors that may influence your present-day experience of self and other.

I have spent the majority of my career working in community mental health, serving individuals and families from a wide variety of social, economic, and cultural backgrounds.

I enjoy music, movies, nature, and cooking. I believe that having space and time dedicated to being heard can be a profoundly moving experience, and I feel honored when I am able to provide that for someone.
