Everyone needs to hear something positive!
Especially from themselves
So often in life we focus on the negative! The insecurities. We’re really good at it. Probably too good! A lot of us have learned to do this to ourselves through our family relationships and experiences as we’ve grown up. We could all stand to be more kind to ourselves. As adults, we can make a big impact on a child by teaching them how to positively “brainwash” themselves. A positive mindset and believing in yourself have proven to be important tools for building resiliency, staving off mental health issues and can even positively impact medical health.
